Do the nature of my small business, I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after 24 hours. But please contact me if you have any problems with your purchase do to damage, unexpected product deterioration or unexplained condition issues.

Please note, I rely on my good reputation as a small business and am not an expert on appraising, nomenclatures, etc. I do my best to label and distinguish condition, period, details and will not mislead my customers. I will work with you as much as I can for additional pictures and answers to your questions, but short of actually SEEING the product in person (which you are welcome to do or send a representative to do) I cannot give you a 100% guarantee of what you expect in each piece. You are welcome to ask and pay for an appraiser.

All Vintage/Antique Goods Sold 'As Is':

All items that are sold are sold 'as - is' (whether in as found condition (will usually state this) or having been refinished/refurbished/repaired by me (will also state this in listings). Any wholesale and/or new items will be new, packaged or not packaged (depending on how we displayed), etc. Rust and Refind does not make any representations or warranties of any kind concerning any items offered for sale. I am not responsible for the 100% accuracy of any printed or verbal communications and description but do my best to be as accurate as possible without misleading or misrepresenting. No statement in the listing, made at the sale, or otherwise, shall be construed to be a representation, warranty or admission of liability. All measurements and descriptions are approximate, but I do my best to be accurate with both. Please note many of my products are old, used, antique and I sell them because I see value or appeal...they will have degrees of use, wear, cracking, worm holes, etc., and I do my best to label each of these. I will not knowingly sell a product that has pests.

Limited Guarantee:

Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, I offer a limited guarantee that items that are offered for sale are not counterfeit, unless otherwise noted in the listing or at the time of the sale. A counterfeit for this purpose is defined as a modern fake or forgery that was made with the intent to deceive. If a buyer gives us notice within 14 days of the sale that an item that was purchased was a counterfeit and, within 7 days of such notice, provides a written report from an authority that demonstrates that the item was indeed counterfeit and that a fair reading of the listing description and the listing’s statements at the time of the sale did not indicate this, then Rust and Refind will rescind the sale and refund the purchase price to the buyer. This guarantee is made only to the original buyer and does not extend to any subsequent purchasers. In any event, any liability that Rust and Refind has for such a sale is limited to the purchase price of the item sold and excludes Shipping and Delivery fees.

Inspection and Conditional Reports:

Rust and Refind strongly encourage you to come and examine the products or ask for more details and pictures if possible and within reason that you are interested in purchasing.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Earrings, cheeseboards, personalized/custom products, and gift certificates cannot be returned.
