Bring Your Own Furniture Private/Semi-Private Class where we will work on your own furniture piece and help you make it into a masterpiece. Beginning to intermediate…why learn how to paint on crafts when what you really need or want to do is get into the nitty gritty of painting your furniture?! Furniture needs to be pre-approved, small (or drawers/doors of a larger piece)(a chair, small dresser, nightstand or small table for instance), minimal repair needed, and will cover the prep basics from cleaning, sanding/de-glossing, stain-blocking or priming (extra fee), one color-two coats, optional glaze/distressing/topcoat (2 included in base fee). A nominal fee will be added for more repair/extended or multiple steps. The cost is only $145 per person per furniture, 10% discount 2 people, 10% off supplies for the class and future use (discount on purchases that day only). Students must be able to carry items into the shop and furniture stored/worked on a maximum of within one (1) week. Plan on 2-days (max) with approximately 4-5 hours per day dependent on project (you will get break time and stop times). More information and details available before or after registration. This is a flexible workshop and oriented to help you familiarize yourself with the multiple steps in painting your own furniture and cabinets. Once registered for the workshop, you will be contacted for more information and to schedule the workshop. Class does not have to be two consecutive days (can be broken up, for example a Monday and Thursday). Day or evening available dependent on organizer and attendee agreement.
(The Artisan Market may or may not be open during this time, but shopping during breaks welcomed. Depending on schedule, please bring lunch or grabbing a meal while out on a break),
